The commercial mortgage calculators on ESPN and TNT are going away, but there are some new ones coming your way.
According to the National Association of Home Builders, there will be 15 new calculators coming out during the 2018 calendar year.
They’re going to be released during the third week of February, and there’s a lot of fun to be had with them.
The calculators will be priced between $99 and $299, depending on the size of the home.
The most expensive calculator will be the $199 calculator, which will be available in three sizes.
Other pricing tiers will include $99 for a medium-sized home, $199 for a large home, and $249 for a triple-decker home.
There will also be calculators for small- and medium-size homes that will come in sizes ranging from 5,000 square feet to 6,000, depending how much money you’re willing to spend.
The $299 calculator will also come in three versions, and each of them will be sold separately.
The first is the $149 calculator, the second is the 5,400 square foot calculator, and the third is the 6,400-square-foot calculator.
The cost of these calculators is $199.99, and you can purchase them online for $79.99.
The biggest news of all for those who are looking to buy a home right now is that the Homebuyers and Developers Association has added an additional $2.50 fee to every home purchase.
This means that if you’re looking to purchase a home in 2018, you will pay an additional 2.5% for the next three years.
You can find out more about the fees that apply to this new fee here.
We will have more on the new Homebuyer and Developers fee later this week, so keep an eye on ESPN for more information.
